Combined use case: concepts and sentiments for BMW 7, Audi A8 and MB S-ClassΒΆ

In this tutorial, we will walk you through a real-world use case and show how the API functions can be applied on web data to produce a sample consumer insight report. The use case consists of a comparison of BMW 7 Series with two series - namely Audi A8 and Mercedes-Benz S-Class cars. We work with product review data that were extracted from major automotive portals on the Chinese web. The following topics are covered:

  • Quantity of buzz for each of the models
  • Main concepts and topics that are discussed
  • Sentiments at different levels of granularity
